Return and Refund Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective or damaged products.

Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.

To request a return, contact us at Brian@WarpedWoodFusion.Com. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
